Promotion Terms & Conditions
Discount offer:
Customers who book via the Corporate Cabs app and enter the promo code BETTERAPP will receive a 15% discount on their next ride. The discount applies to one ride only and is for one-time use per customer.
Promo code can not be used when travelling on a Corporate Cabs business or personal account. The code cannot be combined with any other offers, discounts, or promotions. This includes any pre-arranged fixed fares.
Promotion Period:
This promotion runs from midnight on the 31 October 2024 until midnight on 19 December 2024. All promo code entries must occur within this period to be eligible for prize draw.
Winner Selection and Notification:
The winner will be drawn randomly from all eligible entries on 20th December 2024. The winner will be notified via the contact information provided in their app profile within 3 business days after the draw.
If the winner does not respond within 7 days of contact, Corporate Cabs reserves the right to select an alternate winner.
Delivery arrangements will be made with winner at the time of the announcement.
All decisions made by Corporate Cabs relating to the promotion are final and no correspondence will be entered into.
The Prize is not transferable, non-refundable or redeemable for cash. Corporate Cabs may substitute the prize with an alternative prize of equivalent value without notice.
Eligibility for Gift Hamper Draw:
Customers who use the promo code BETTERAPP during the promotion period will automatically be entered into the draw to win a luxury gift hamper valued at NZD$600.
The use of the promo code counts as a single entry, regardless of the number of rides taken or bookings made.
Promo Code Use:
The promo code BETTERAPP must be entered correctly (case-sensitive) to qualify for both the discount and the entry into the draw.
Photographs and contents of the prize shown in advertisements may differ from the actual prize. However, the prize will have a total value of $600.
Corporate Cabs staff and immediate family members are not eligible to enter the prize draw.
By participating, customers agree to these Terms & Conditions.
Corporate Cabs reserves the right to vary, suspend or terminate the prize draw at any time.
To the extent permitted by law, Corporate Cabs will not be responsible for the quality of the prize once issued. Nothing in these terms and conditions is intended to exclude, restrict or modify a consumer’s rights under the Consumer Guarantees Act 1993 or any other statutory rights that the winner may have in relation to the prize.
